• Our service area is greater downtown Seattle, including - but not limited to - the following neighborhoods: Downtown, Pioneer Square, Belltown, Capitol Hill, First Hill, International District, Lake Union, Ballard, Queen Anne, Magnolia, Greenwood, Fremont, Wallingford, Maple Leaf, South Park, Columbia City, Rainier Beach, West Seattle, SeaTac, Tukwila, Renton, Burien, Normandy Park.
• We are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
• We are Pet Sitters International accredited and an associate member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Our caregivers are Red Cross first aid and/or licensed veterinary technicians.
• Our Little Furry Caregivers are available nights, weekends and holidays. Our office hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
• The initial consultation with your Little Furry Caregiver is free, but additional key pick up, drop offs or subsequent consultations are $15 per half hour.
• There is a $5 holiday surcharge for Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years, Independence Day, Easter Day, and all Federal holiday weekends.
• There is a $10 "last minute" booking fee for late service requests.
• We sit for all types and sizes of pets, not just little and furry things, however they must be non-aggressive.
• 48 hour notice is desired for booking or cancellations. All cancellations are subject to the full fee for the service. If you are a regular customer, and cancel on a non-holiday we can occasionally give credit for the next booked service.
• You must provide two keys, or a solid back up plan for us (landlord, concierge, neighbor who is in town and has a key) in case the key provided does not work.
• For Designer Dog Walks and Vacation Visits, you will need to provide treats, toys, poop bags, leash, harness when appropriate, litter box cleaning supplies, and a crate for emergencies. For Vacation Sleepovers you must provide a clean and comfortable sleeping area for our caregivers. Dogs should be up to date on their vaccinations, and wearing a pet id tag; microchip is preferred.
• Payment is due before the first date of the service, or an automatic late fee of $15 is added to your invoice for every 7 days past due. Credit card is preferred; checks may also be mailed directly to Little Furry Things.
